Trip 22-10 Graftech Avet Update
Report
We departed on our Graftech/Avet/Turner's 8 day. After a huge giveaway of rods, reels, t-shirts, fluorocarbon, jigs and much more, we got to work setting up the gear. We arrived yesterday and got busy quick. The bruiser yellowtail awaited us and kept us busy all day. We are all up for some more action and will keep you posted.

We experienced some good fishing again yesterday. We spent the day tugging away on beautiful grade yellowtail. The weather has come down and we are shifting gears into tuna mode. We will be looking around in a new area and have high hopes. Wish us luck.

Trip 22-11 Melton Tackle UPDATE
We left Saturday afternoon on our Melton Tackle 8 Day Trip with a good group of anglers. We are headed south targeting yellowtail to start our trip off. We've been traveling the past couple days and are getting excited to start fishing. We'll be at our destination this afternoon. Stay tuned for a report later.
Trip 22-11 Melton Tackle UPDATE
Excellent yellowtail fishing to start our trip out. We arrived around 1300 to our destination after a few days of travel and it was like they knew we were coming to feed them. Boiling around chasing sardines and surface irons. But all techniques were working today as long as you had a line in the water (yoyo, dropper loop, and fly line). We have beautiful weather and the guys are having fun. Hope to catch some more throughout the night and tomorrow morning. Check back soon.
Trip 22-11 Melton Tackle UPDATE
We wrapped up our day with another stellar day of yellowtail fishing. Beautiful grade of fish coming over the rail ranging from 20 to 40 pounds. We are putting our yellowtail gear away and getting ready for the Bluefin Tuna bite. We'll be traveling for the next couple days to get up in the zone we need to be in. Stay tuned for an update on Bluefin.

Hey guys our WiFi has been acting up and we are back on line. We are working our way back up to the blufin tuna zone. We experienced good yellowtail fishing and great weather down south. Chance and Lori, our sponsors, had some great giveaways including Seeker rods, Penn reels, swag from Salty Crew and sunglasses from Costa. The gang had fun fighting the mighty yellowtail and we are looking forward to getting set up for bluefin.
