Youngs Tackle 3 Day

The Young's Tackle 3-Day trip with Kevin Kwon and our fantastic group of anglers officially started yesterday. We wasted no time getting to the bluefin grounds, where we even managed to find some yellowtail around a kelp patty. Last night was all about the bluefin, putting us right in the action. Today, the fish have been plentiful, but the bites have been elusive. We're keeping our fingers crossed for tonight!

We're calling this trip complete! Despite making some strategic moves with the fleet in search of new fish that didn't quite pay off as hoped, we still had a fantastic haul of over 120 bluefin and yellowtail combined throughout the trip. Our sincere thanks go out to Kevin, Young's Tackle, and everyone who showed incredible dedication at the rail. Looking forward to our next adventure together!

Tahoe Tuna 8 Day

The excitement for our annual Tahoe Tuna 8-Day Trip is building! We departed yesterday morning with an amazing group, tanks full of prime sardines, and a southbound heading. Today is all about getting geared up. After breakfast, Captain Brian shared invaluable insights in a seminar, covering top techniques for yellowtail, yellowfin tuna, and wahoo. Everyone's now in full prep mode, counting down the hours until we start fishing tomorrow around lunch

Our trip kicked off with a phenomenal first day! Despite reaching our fishing grounds around noon, we enjoyed consistent action with yellowtail. Our strategy for tonight involves moving further south to target a diverse catch of tuna and yellowtail for tomorrow's fishing efforts.

We've been scratch fishing for yellowfin, bluefin, and yellowtail these past few days. Tomorrow, we're heading to a new area, hoping to find a better tuna bite.

What a success! Our strategic move put us right on top of some biting yellowfin and bluefin tuna, thanks to the collaboration with the American Angler and the Spirit of Adventure. The fishing was an absolute blast, and everyone got exactly what they wanted. Tomorrow, for our last day, we're shifting focus to some inshore action along the beach.

And a massive thanks to our amazing Chefs Ed and Chuck for their incredible efforts, creating yet another phenomenal sushi spread for our celebration!

Our inshore fishing this morning was a success, yielding good bass action and even a couple of bonus white seabass and halibut. With that, we've ended the trip, taking time to break down our gear and secure everything in preparation for the forecasted weather. Hold on tight!

Tackle Express 4 Day

A big shoutout to Tom and the Tahoe Tuna Club for yet another fantastic trip! Thanks to everyone who joined.

This morning, we departed on our Tackle Express 4-Day trip with Brett Edmondson and an excellent group of anglers. Brett and his wife Michelle did a wonderful raffle with a ton of good giveaways. Phenix Rods, Avet Reels, Deckhand Sport bags, hats, jigs, and much more. We're fully stocked with sardines and are now en route to the bluefin grounds, aiming to arrive just as darkness falls, ready for some exciting nighttime action.

Tackle Express 4 Day

We've been putting in long hours, constantly running and gunning for bluefin, both day and night. Despite seeing no shortage of fish, both small and large, getting them to bite has been a real challenge. Even so, everyone on board is still having a great time!

Jonathan Kincaid 4 Day Charter

We left yesterday morning on our 4-Day Jonathan Kincaid Bitterr Charter with a great group of anglers. After topping off our bait tanks, we headed straight for the bluefin grounds. We arrived at dusk but, unfortunately, didn't find any fish to stop on throughout the night with the rest of the fleet.

We're hoping for a better outcome today. Wish us luck!
